Meal Choices for January 2022

Instructions:

1. Choose which 7 meals you would like.
2. Call or stop in to place your order before Wednesday of each week. Calls taken as late as 8pm Tuesday.
3. Pick up or have your freshly prepared meals delivered (delivery extra) on Thursday of each week. Pickup on Thursdays 11am to 2pm or 5pm to 7pm $55.75 plus tax and delivery (Napanee = $5)

ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN

Tender roasted pork with a mushroom gravy, served with potato and vegetable.

CHEESE OMELETTE

Omelette served with Pea-meal bacon, sausage and home fries.

QUICHE

Our homemade Broccoli and bacon quiche served with Caesar salad.

BAKED SALMON

Atlantic salmon oven baked, served with herb & garlic rice with vegetable.

CHOPPED SIRLOIN

Broiled chopped sirloin steak topped with onions and gravy. Served with potato and vegetable.

LIVER & ONIONS

Baby liver covered with gravy and onions. Served with potato and vegetable.

SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

Tender homemade meat balls served with a mild flavorful red sauce on noodles.

CHICKEN ALFREDO

Slices of breast of chicken tossed in with penne noodles in our homemade Alfredo sauce. Served with vegetable.

ROAST BEEF

Thin slices of beef topped with gravy. Served with potato and vegetable.

SAUTE SHRIMP

Shrimp pan fried in herb and garlic butter. Served on rice with vegetable.

CHEESE TORTELLINI

Creamy basil pesto cheese tortellini with sweet corn kernels, Parmesan, and a sprinkle of bacon.

We mix up vegetables in each meal to try and provide more variety. No substitutes.

NEW CHINESE COMBO

Lo mien mixed with Chinese oriental vegetable. Sides include sweet and sour chicken balls with a egg roll.

BABY BACK RIBS

Tender succulent ribs marinated with a hickory BBQ sauce. Served with wedge cut fries.

BUFFALO GOAT CHEESE

Breast of chicken marinated in a Franks Red Hot sauce. Topped with goat cheese and served with vegetable.

MEATLOAF

Our homemade meatloaf served with potato and vegetable.

CAJUN CHICKEN

Fresh chicken breast with a spicy Cajun rub baked in the oven. Served with two vegetables.

CRAB CAKES

Delicious crab cakes served with seafood sauce and two vegetables.

CHICKEN PARMIGIANA

Lightly breaded chicken breast with a zesty tomato sauce and mozzarella. Served on fettuccine noodles with vegetable.

HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN

Breast of chicken baked in a honey garlic sauce. Served on rice with vegetable.

CORNED BEEF & PIEROGIES

Lightly sauteed corned beef and onions on top of Pierogies with sour cream.

CORDON SWISS

Breast of chicken stuffed with Swiss cheese. Served with potato and vegetable.

SOUVLAKI COMBO

Two skewers of marinated beef and chicken, served on rice with fresh vegetables and tzatziki.

TWO BOWLS OF SOUP

Homemade broccoli soup. Two bowls count as one meal.

TWO PIECES OF DESSERT

Lemon pie, raspberry cheesecake, or nanaimo bar.
